1. Parties to This Agreement

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between Padi ("we", "us", or "our"), a financial education provider operating from 17, Jalan Dato Onn, 70000 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, and you ("the participant" or "you") — the person registering for or attending one of our programmes.

By submitting an enquiry form, making a payment, or attending a session, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Enrolment and Registration

Registration for a Padi programme is confirmed only after we have received your completed enquiry and issued written confirmation — by email or by phone — that a place has been reserved for you.

Places in each programme are limited to allow for a relaxed and personal learning environment. We encourage you to register early so that we can plan the session around your schedule.

You will receive a welcome message with session dates, times, and the location or access details before the programme begins. If any details are unclear, please contact us at [email protected] or call +60 5-693 2417.

3. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are as follows at the time of publication:

• Planting Your Money Basics — RM 235 (two sessions, includes workbook)
• Tending Your Retirement Plan — RM 480 (four sessions, worksheets, personal review)
• The Full-Season Retirement Programme — RM 800 (six sessions, printed guide, follow-up)

Full payment is due before the first session. We will confirm accepted payment methods in your registration confirmation message.

All fees are inclusive of materials listed in each programme description. We do not charge separately for workbooks, worksheets, or the printed guide provided as part of a programme.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

We understand that life does not always follow a schedule. If you need to adjust your attendance, please let us know as early as you are able.

Participant rescheduling: If you notify us at least seven calendar days before a session, we will do our best to move you to the next available intake at no additional charge. Requests made closer to a session date will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.

Participant cancellation: If you cancel before the first session, we will refund your payment in full. Once a programme has begun, fees for attended sessions are non-refundable, though we may offer a credit toward a future programme at our discretion.

Cancellation by Padi: We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a session in circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will reschedule to the earliest convenient date or offer a full refund if rescheduling is not suitable for you.

5. Programme Delivery

Sessions may be held in person at our Seremban premises or at an alternative venue notified to you in advance. We will confirm the format — in-person, online, or a combination — when your place is confirmed.

Each programme follows a prepared outline, and while we keep the content consistent, we adapt our pace and examples to suit the participants in each cohort. Exact content may vary slightly between intakes.

We do not sell financial products during or after our sessions. Our role is to provide education and to help you understand your options — not to direct you toward any particular product or provider.

6. Participant Conduct

Our programmes work best in a calm, respectful environment. We ask all participants to treat fellow learners and facilitators with courtesy, and to keep shared personal information within the group in confidence.

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is causing distress to others. In such a case, any refund will be considered on its merits.

7. Course Materials

Workbooks, worksheets, and printed guides provided as part of a programme are for your personal use. They remain the intellectual property of Padi and may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without our written permission.

You are welcome to take notes and refer to materials for your own financial planning. We simply ask that they are not passed on commercially or used to replicate our programmes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Padi provides financial education — not regulated financial advice. The content of our programmes is intended to help you build understanding and confidence in your own decision-making, not to substitute for professional advice tailored to your individual circumstances.

We are not liable for any financial decisions you make following participation in our programmes. If you need personalised financial planning, we encourage you to consult a licensed financial adviser.

Our total liability to you in connection with any programme shall not exceed the fee you paid for that programme.

9. Scope of Our Services

Padi is an educational business. We are not licensed under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 to provide investment advice, nor are we regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia as a financial planner.

References to EPF, PRS, wasiat, hibah, and related instruments in our programmes are explanatory only, to help you understand how these structures work. They are not recommendations to take any specific action.

10. Privacy and Data

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). For full details on how we handle your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

By registering, you consent to us contacting you with programme updates, session reminders, and information about future offerings from Padi. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the most recent revision noted at the top.

If we make changes that affect an enrolment already confirmed, we will notify you directly before they take effect. Your continued participation after receiving notice of a change will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
